Welcome to SeoulfInity VPN. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our VPN service and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by SeoulfInity ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

2. Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.

You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the free trial. If you do, we will not bill you until the free trial has expired. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you canceled your Subscription, we will automatically bill you for the applicable Subscription fees.

At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer, or (ii) cancel such free trial offer.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage our Service or general business.

You specifically agree not to:

• Use the Service to conduct illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Collect or track personal information of others
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
• Engage in any automated use of the system
• Use the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SeoulfInity and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SeoulfInity.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeoulfInity, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

SeoulfInity, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
